Grand Crú

Seasonal beer brewed for Christmas trying to recover the tradition of the old  brewers to make a beer every year in which the best of each brewer’s know-how is highlighted.

We make our «Grand Crú» with enough time for it to have a long period of fermentation with a mixture of exotic fruits.

It is bottled in 75 cl. format and inside there is a second fermentation. The correct use of specific yeasts provides a natural carbonation that once served in the cup leaves a slow and constant release.

Its color is dark mahogany with an abundant foam and good retention. It smells of toasted malt, caramel, spices and fruits with a spicy touch of alcohol.
Its flavor is complex and pleasant, silky with notes of licorice, marzipan, black fruits, plum and fig.
