High fermentation beer, dubbel Belgian style. 8% vol. alcohol.
Its colour, between amber and dark coffee, is the result of four types of malt mixing.
Its aroma remind of cereal malt and ripe fruits. Its taste is balanced, intense and has some sweet, bitter and toasted touches.
The alcohol content is properly integrated in the beer, in that way it is really easy to drink.
«El abad» (“the abbot” in Spanish) created this beer thinking about the quiet and long winter afternoons when time seems to stop.
